Steve McQueen Tag Heuer Monaco

Own a tribute to iconography and legend with this limited-edition Steve McQueen TAG Heuer Monaco art print by Ian Salmon. Celebrating the original 1969 Monaco automatic chronograph — the first square-cased, water-resistant model, immortalised in the 1971 film Le Mans by McQueen himself.

The original painting is mixed media with an acrylic painting of the famous watch overlaying digital collage featuring numerous Steve McQueen films. The watch was made famous from its initial appearance in McQueen's film Le Mans 1971. Of the 6 watches supplied for the film one reached a sale price of nearly $800k at auction in 2012.
