FAQ’s

- Do you accept commissioned projects? - Yes absolutely, in fact most of my print releases initially started off as a commission. Couple of benefits are; 1. you receive the original if it’s a painting, 2. if it’s a digital piece, such as a nostalgic collage you can help me curate it and then receive print number 1 from the release. - What are your payment terms? - If you’re buying a print or painting from my shop then I accept most cards via the widely recognised payment platform ‘Stripe’. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

I also accept Paypal on checkout as a payment option.

For commissions I typically ask for 50% deposit once we’ve agreed the brief and then the balance is due on completion and your sign off.

- Do you offer instalment payment plans? - Other than the 50/50 split on commissions there is also the option to split payments for prints/paintings in my store via Paypal’s own ‘Paypal Credit’ system. This can give you the option of splitting payments interest free over 4 months. You would need to apply for this directly with Paypal.

- Do you have a return policy? - If whatever reason you’re not happy with your artwork then I’ll happily accept the return. This hasn’t happened yet with 1000’s of sales as I take pride in ensuring everything that’s sent out is to a high standard.

- What shipping options do you offer? - everything gets sent out via an insured courier. If you’re in a rush for something (such as a special occasion) contact me and I’ll do my absolute best to meet your requirements.

Shipping estimations are included at the foot of each shop listing or here.
