Queen of Spades - Limited Edition Print

A bold fusion of British royalty, urban art and high-fashion attitude, Queen of Spades is the fifth Queen Elizabeth II limited edition artwork, originally from my KiPS.art alias collection, and one of the most playful and distinctive portraits in the series.

Created using spray paint and acrylic, the original artwork was commissioned by a collector who admired the previous Queen releases but wanted something completely unique. The result is a contemporary interpretation of Queen Elizabeth II that continues the urban aesthetic of the collection while introducing a sophisticated fashion-inspired edge.

The artwork combines iconic British imagery with unexpected luxury references, incorporating Gucci and Chanel-inspired details into the composition. Queen Elizabeth is given a mischievous twist with a humorous "Phil" tattoo, alongside a bold "Queen of Spades" tattoo, creating a playful contrast between traditional royal portraiture and KiPS.art's irreverent street-art style.

The Union Jack provides the unmistakable British backdrop, with the flag continuing beyond the artwork and being hand-painted into the frame for the Embellished option. This creates a seamless transition between print and presentation, transforming the piece into a striking statement artwork rather than simply a framed print.

Each print is produced on museum-grade 240gsm fine art paper and is individually tagged and numbered. The edition is strictly limited to just 250 prints, with every piece supplied with a Certificate of Authenticity. Multiple sizes and framing options are available, including bespoke Embellished painted hand-finished frames designed to complement the artwork.
